This week, and all time
The Workouts screen reading two sessions this week over a hundred minutes and 5,365 kilos of volume, a chart with session bars and a volume line, and a list of sessions from push days to an easy 5k with their durations and set counts.
A push day with seven sets sits next to an easy 5k with none.

How it works

  1. Strength and cardio in one list

Push day at seven sets and an easy 5k at none share a list. Cardio counts without having to pretend it was lifting.

  2. Volume as a line

Sessions are bars and volume lifted is the line over them, so a fortnight of long runs looks different from a fortnight under a barbell.

  3. Counted for the week you are in

Two sessions, a hundred minutes, five thousand three hundred and sixty five kilos. The all time figure sits beside it and stays out of the way.
