What is already booked, in a list that stops at the horizon you choose. Three buttons at the top set the horizon, and the count in the header follows whichever one you picked.
Can I switch Events off?
Yes. The library in Settings has a switch beside Events, and turning it off takes it out of the sidebar, the search and the Today screen. The other 26 switchable modules work the same way.
Does Events sync between the Mac and the iPhone?
Yes, once iCloud sync is unlocked for $14.99, paid once and covering the Mac and the iPhone together. Until then Events keeps its data on the device you typed it into, and it goes nowhere else.
